GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Small Parcel Shipping
- Home goods and pillows ship via Canada Post or UPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
Larger Items
- Items such as furniture, rugs, lighting, art and mirrors generally ship directly from our manufacturer (s).
- Lead times vary and are listed on each product page. Our Customer Care team will follow up after your order is placed to confirm the most up-to-date arrival date.
- Please note that some items may be on backorder, which can extend lead times. If the timeline does not work for your project, orders may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund.
Multiple Shipments
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one delivery. We do our best to consolidate shipments whenever possible to provide the smoothest delivery experience. Our customer care team will communicate how your order will be consolidated.
Delivery Options
- We offer standard entryway delivery across Canada and White Glove delivery in Ontario. If you live in another province, please reach out for white glove delivery quotes.
- Large items (including rugs larger than 8x10) are shipped with a freight carrier and delivered curbside or to the entryway of your home, depending on your location.
- Smaller items often ship with UPS or FedEx.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Rugs, Pillows, Home Goods, Lighting, and Paint ship free to customers in both Canada and the U.S. on orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $15 applies.
Furniture, Art, and Mirrors have shipping charges that will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Shipping Charges
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to locations classified as isolated or rural by our carriers. Our team will contact you if additional shipping charges are applicable.
Possible Delays
Estimated shipping lead times for furniture, rugs, framed art, and lighting may change due to manufacturing delays, weather, holidays, etc. We strive to provide information as soon as it becomes available from our manufacturers.
Cancellations
Cancellations for a full refund can only be processed within 48 hours of placing your order. If your item has not shipped yet from the manufacturer and you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at help@rugandweave.com. Exchange or store credit can be provided for orders that have not yet shipped.
Damages & Defects
- Large Items: Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and take photos of any visible damage. If there is severe damage, refuse the delivery with the carrier. For damage discovered after delivery, contact us immediately with 2-3 clear photos of the damage. Claims must be made within 48 hours to be approved. Depending on the severity, you may be offered a discount, replacement, or refund.

Local Pickup
For orders selected for local pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our retail location at 14 Macdonell Street in Downtown Guelph. Wait until you receive the notification email before coming to pick up your order. Rugs, furniture, and lighting are not available for local pickup unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Some small floor model furniture orders can be picked up in-store (accent tables, chairs, ottomans, nightstands).
Northern Territories
We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut at this time.
International Shipping
All products except furniture, framed art, and mirrors are available for US & International shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on location. US & International customers responsible for paying any import duties/taxes upon receiving the product. Rug & Weave is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit to locations outside of Canada and the US.

- Delivery Time: Home goods and pillow covers are delivered within 5-7 business days from the day your order was placed. These items ship from our stockroom in Guelph, ON.
- Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your item(s) has shipped.
Rugs
- Free Shipping: Orders over $200 ship for free within Canada & US. Orders under $200 ship for $15.
- Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 2-4 weeks to Canadian and US addresses. More specific lead times can be found within each product listing. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
- Carriers: Rugs smaller than 8×10 ship with FedEx, while larger rugs are delivered with a freight carrier.
Furniture
Delivery Time:
- In-Stock Furniture: Delivery ranges from 4-8 weeks. More specific lead times can be found within each product listing. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
- Custom Furniture: Custom upholstery, and other custom furniture items require approximately 12 weeks for delivery.
- Multiple shipments: Orders with multiple items may require more than 1 delivery. We do our best to consolidate items to provide the best delivery experience.
Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery: Large items are delivered with a freight carrier into the entryway of your home or curbside, depending on your location. Small items often ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Full Service (White Glove) Delivery: Delivery into the room of your choice, including unpacking, assembly, and garbage removal. Available to most Ontario locations. For delivery to cottages, rural locations, or out-of-Ontario locations, please contact us for a custom quote.
- Local Pickup: Not available for furniture orders.
- Additional charges: May apply for deliveries to locations classified as isolated or rural by our trusted carriers. Our team will contact you if additional shipping charges apply to your order.
Framed Art
- Delivery Time: Most framed art is made to order. Delivery varies from 4-10 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the product listing for your expected delivery time.
- Shipping Locations: Larger art ships directly from the manufacturer; smaller art ships from our stockroom in Guelph.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your item has shipped.
Lighting
- Free Shipping: Orders over $200 ship for free within Canada & US. Orders under $200 ship for $15.
- Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 2-3 weeks within Canada and the US.
